Do you find your children always playing beyond the time you set, and forget to take a rest from your iPhone/iPod/iPad? Or, even you forget to remind your children to take a break from excessively watching the iPhone/iPod/iPad? If this is the case, our “Time to Stop” is the best solution for your situation.

“Time to Stop” is based on an entertainment-educational method. The use of a continuing pop-up window reminds children to take a break. This App is also designed for minimizing the conflict between parents and children. It is an efficiency mechanism of communication between the parent and child.

How to use “Time to Stop”

1.Set a 4 digits password ( 1234 used as default),
2.Tap “on” to turn on reminder
3.Drag the bar to the minutes you would like the child to watch. (Ex: 15 min.)
4.Drag the bar to the times you would like the reminder window to pop-up. (Ex: 30 times)

You are done with the 4 step setting process. It’s as effective, simple and easy as that. At this point you can hand the device over to your child without worrying. “Time to Stop” will be an excellent timing-reminder going forward.

When time is up (ex 15min), the reminder window will pop-up a message displaying “hey kido, time for break, do some stretch excise, please”.
The reminder window will continually pop-up based on the time you set, ex 30 to interrupt the ongoing games or film. It would help to distract the attention away from games or film and remind your child to take a short break.

When the reminder window pops-up, your child will have to choose one of three options:

1. “Close”
2. “Confirm”
3. ”Home Bottom”

“Close”
Reminder window will pop-up every 10 seconds until the time you set. (Ex 30.) During the pop-up, the entire app will stop.

“Confirm”
The screen will be dim and direct you to the page “Time to Stop”, even if the child presses the “Home Bottom” option, the screen will not resume. Only inputting the 4 digits passwords, you set in the first step, will allow them to resume.

”Home Bottom”
Reminder window will pop-up every 10 seconds until the time you set. ex10. After that, the activity will continue to work. We suggest setting over 30 times for the pop-up reminder window.

PS. The screen will not be dimmed on the hardware version of iPad 1st generation/iPhone 3G and the iOS version below ios5.0.
